VIRTUAL TOUR -
The house is a
Florida style, open floor plan retreat. It consists
of 2,200 square feet under the main roof, and another approximate 1,100 square
feet under a completely screened lanai area which faces the water. A
heated pool is in the rear, with very large decks surrounding it. There
is yet another deck below the pool and near the water, for either sunning
or fishing.
Marco Island homes are all beautiful, but a very large ingredientto
a great home is how it sits with respect to the sun. In other words,
does the sun remain on your front porch all day, or does it actually reach
your pool and deck areas? The Tigertail House rates 10 out of 10 with
all Marco realtors. At 7:00 a.m. the sun is on the left-side of the
pool, at noon it sits about the center, and the spectacular sunset will be
on the right side of the pool!

In addition to the above:
There is a full sized garage in which you will find four bicycles
for touring Marco, as well as fishing rods and fishing supplies. There
are lots of maps, great information on places to visit, as well as menus from
our favorite restaurants ranging from gourmet to super casual and very reasonable.
The array of great take-out spots, which are2-3 minutes away, is enormous.
By the way, Marco is known as "upscale," yet in general
the whole island is super casual. Not even our most exclusive restaurants
require a sport coat or tie!
